About the font
The name Sangha Kali is based on the name of a traditional dance from one of the most orthodox Brahmin castes – the Namboodiri. This socio-religious dance is dedicated to the goddess Kali. The font was inspired by Brahmic scripts (Tibetan and Devanagari writing systems), used by languages from several language families: Indo-European, Dravidian, Tibeto-Burman, Mongolian (Soyombo alphabet), Austroasiatic, Austronesian, and Thai.
