Kosugi Maru

Kosugi Maru is a gothic rounded design with low stroke contrast, monospaced metrics, and rounded ends. Originally developed by MOTOYA and released for the Android platform under the Apache license, the font is based on a 1950s design. It aims for beauty and readability, resembling Japanese cedar with straight, thick trunks and branches. Initially available as 'MotoyaLMaru W3 mono', it is now available as Kosugi Maru. The regular gothic version is available as Kosugi.
