Karsten

The initial development of the Karsten font was inspired by inscriptions on old Dutch buildings on the island of Java. The typeface is a synthesis of two cultures—East and West. It was named after the Dutch architect Herman Thomas Karsten, who made significant contributions to architecture and urban planning in Indonesia.
