About the font
Iwona is a sans-serif font designed by Janusz Nowacki for his diploma in type design at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts in 1975. The Iwona font is an alternative version of the Kurier fonts. Kurier was designed for setting text in newspapers and similar periodicals. The difference lies in the absence of ink traps that characterize the Kurier font.
